2026 International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies for Disaster Management (ICT-DM 2026) in its 10th edition will be held in Dubai, UAE, from November 9^th to 11^th, 2026. The conference is hosted by Zayed University.

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have revolutionized the way we communicate with each other in today's world. While regular communications are supported irrespective of the geographical locations of participants, the strength of the ICT infrastructure in a particular location is also very crucial in cases of both man-made and natural disasters.

ICT-DM'2026 aims to bring together academics and practitioners who are involved in emergency services, ad hoc planning, disaster recovery, etc., to learn about the latest research developments, share experiences and information about this area and develop recommendations.

We invite you to submit your original technical papers and demos to this event. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICT-DM'2026 Conference Proceedings.
